Content : The topic of mobility opens the door to many valuable discussions around performance, health, and longevity in indoor cycling. In this four-hour workshop, you will gain practical insights, on how important is Stretching for your riders considering the Schwinn Cycling classes you deliver.
You will explore the fundamental principles of mobility – understanding its role in improving movement quality, enhancing rider comfort, and supporting injury prevention. The workshop will guide you through how mobility influences cycling posture, pedaling efficiency, and overall performance on the bike.
In addition to covering the basics, you will be introduced to a variety of mobility methods and approaches. Each method will be analyzed in terms of its benefits, limitations, and appropriate use within a class setting.
By the end of the workshop, you will feel confident incorporating mobility work into your sessions in a way that is purposeful, effective, and aligned with Schwinn Cycling coaching principles – helping your riders move better, ride stronger, and recover smarter.
