Content : In this four-hour workshop, you will explore a wide range of possibilities for structuring and delivering interval training within your indoor cycling classes. Building on scientific principles and practical application, the session will guide you through how interval training works, why it is effective, and how to use it with purpose.
You will gain clear answers to key questions such as what defines interval training, how to manipulate variables like intensity, duration, and recovery, and how to create meaningful training adaptations for different types of riders. Through practical examples and ride simulations, you will learn how to design engaging, safe, and results-driven workouts.
By the end of the workshop, you will feel confident implementing interval-based sessions in your classes, using a variety of formats that enhance both performance and rider experience – while staying true to the Schwinn Cycling coaching principles.
