Continuing Education Workshop – 3 Schwinn Credits
Duration : half day / 4 hours
Content : This new Schwinn Cycling 4-hour workshop will offer knowledge on the development of stress, the burn-out risks and how external effects influence our daily functions, the connection between stress and sports and how to manage it, the multiple ways that exercise can protect and enhance our mental wellbeing, and how coaches can support the mental health goals of participants.
