What is behind the myth of high-intensity training, for which target group is the training suitable and what do the studies say about this training method. Experience this form of training in two practice sessions
Topics presented within this workshop will cover HIIT basics and its applicability, what is EPOC, Tabata protocol workout and also designs for your own Schwinn Cycling HIIT profile class.
