This is the next level : the consolidation and confirmation of your skills\, abilities and quality as Schwinn® Cycling Coach. The path taken by the instructors following an improvement of their level of knowledge and experience will be fundamental to achieving success. This is the “cutting point” for all instructors in the Schwinn® Cycling programme. Time to grow! \n\n\n\nDay 1: Preparation for Practical & Theoretical Written Exam (5 credits\, 8 hours) \n\n\n\nDo you need to brush up your knowledge and terminology before the big test day?This day will prepare you for the Practical & Theoretical written exam that you need to pass to reach the Silver Level. In order to be perfectly prepared for the Silver Level Test\, the Preparation Course is recommended. On this day\, all important topics are refreshed and tips for the test are given. You will receive feedback on your techniques\, important content of our Schwinn Cycling programme will be discussed and of course Master Classes will also be delivered. Refresh\, apply and get ready!  \n\n\n\nDay 2: Technical / Theoretical Written Exam / Practical Evaluation (5 credits\, 8 hours) \n\n\n\nThe BIG Day. We recommend taking this course only if you are certified Schwinn® Cycling instructor who has been already teaching practical classes and has some experience with teaching indoor cycling. You will have to pass all the 3 modules of evaluation to get certified! Silver Level Test Day means that your Technique\, Knowledge and Teaching skills are tested and evaluated in detail.

DESCRIPTION:Lucian Moldovan – Master Trainer\n\n\n\n\nDuration: 2 days / 16 hours \n\n\n\nContent: It all starts here. The two-day basic training teaches everything you need as a Schwinn Cycling Instructor. The training is conducted by a qualified Schwinn Cycling Master Instructor\, who guides you through all theoretical and practical parts. The instructor receives information on how to place participants perfectly on the bike\, which techniques\, cadences and loads are recommended in our program and also a lot of knowledge about music\, class design\, training zones\, anatomy and biomechanics. Schwinn focuses on cycling and training principles such as cadence control and heart rate control which help to achieve participants fitness goals and get results. The education  also includes an evaluation and a theory test\, representing the start of the journey for the Schwinn Cycling coach. You will be learning about safe and effective indoor cycling\, fun training and communication skills for your participants\, heart rate training\, musical analysis\, coaching skills\, anatomy\, physiology\, biomechanics\, mind/body training.
