Continuing Education Workshop – 3 Schwinn Credits

Duration : half day / 4 hours

Content : This four-hour workshop is dedicated to developing the skills of a complete and effective instructor – one who not only leads, but truly connects, inspires, and elevates every rider in the room.

Through a combination of practical riding sessions and in-depth theoretical insights, you will explore what it means to coach with purpose. You will learn how to communicate clearly, confidently, and with intention, adapting your message to different participants, energy levels, and class moments.

The workshop will guide you through essential coaching techniques – from verbal and non-verbal communication to cueing strategies that enhance performance, safety, and engagement. You will discover how to use your voice, timing, and presence to create clarity and motivation, helping riders understand not just what to do, but why they are doing it.

In addition, you will develop the ability to read your class, respond to group dynamics, and adjust your coaching style in real time. This will allow you to create a more personalized and impactful experience, where every participant feels seen, supported, and challenged.

Everything you learn – both on and off the bike – will help you become a stronger communicator and a more confident coach. By refining your delivery and deepening your connection with riders, you will be able to create classes that are not only effective, but truly memorable every single time!
